Universal Studio Japan......

We got up as early as 6 am to prepare our vacation at Universal Studio Japan (USJ), depart at 8 am, and arrived and about 10 am. USJ was full with people that we had to queue for a long time before we could enter. The ticket cost us 10300 yen as we took 7 express pass. We had our breakfast first at USJ which the girls prepared. There was a 'Hello Kitty' show. After finished with that show, we took our first ride, The Hollywood Dream but for me it was Hollywood nightmare. I hated riding roller coaster because it makes me look like an Israel chicken, big but coward. :( Though I was afraid to death, I happened to overcome it. It was in total deafening silence at first but managed to scream and laugh after a while.

*Hollywood Dream or Nightmare???*

It was raining lightly that day but luckily we brought umbrellas with us. After the Hollywood Nightmare, we took the E.T. Adventures. Quiet boring for me. After that, we performed our solah and continued with 3D Terminator 2. The actress was so astonishing and her act was so real and fill with hilarious jokes. The 3D view was so real that we can feel every single effect and impact of the explosion, shooting etc.

*Kawaii ne*

Then, we took Spiderman 3D Ride. The show in front of our eyes was 2D but it felt so real with the heat, water, and falling from high building impact. Finished with Spiderman, we moved to Back To The Future ride. It was almost the same with Spiderman Ride. Second last ride, The Jurassic Park Ride, we were separated into two groups because when we were walking towards the boat provided, Beko, Sheera, Shahrin and Farah was buying rain coat for the ride. We knew we were going to get wet but I didn't care as I was wet already. The ride was boring at first but when the boat reached its peak, suddenly we felt down so high like from 5 story-building. When we reach the bottom, water splashed from all around over us.

Final ride, Jaws. It was more to a reacting of Jaws by Japanese people but it was real. The explosions were real, the fire was real, the shooting was real. It was lucky not to sit at the far side. If I sat there, I would get water shot from the Jaws like Farah got. Hahaha....

Before when back, we watched the Waterworld show and took more and more pictures inside USJ. Finish with USJ, we 'singgah' at Hard Rock cafe, buying souvenirs and had Japanese cuisine at Yodobashi-Umeda. I had to go back early because I had my badminton class and car design class on Monday. Ultra-exhausted man.........

RaYa KoBe.......

*Before departure*

Though it is already 25th Syawal, the merriness of Aidilfitri can still be felt. Sharp at 10.30 pm, 24th October, Shahrin, Sha, Sheera, Beko, Yana and I departed from Shinjuku station by bus towards Osaka. The journey took about 8 hours but it was ok for me as I'm used to it before. We arrived at Osaka station at 6.30 am then went straight to Farah's and Hana's house of Kinki University and had our breakfast at there. Shahrin, Beko and I moved to Wahi senpai's house after that and continue our rest. We started our journey to Kobe where the Hari Raya party was held at 12 noon. All Japanese looked at us on our way there as our Baju Raya were so colorful making us look like doing cosplay :)

*On the way*

The party was scheduled to start at 2 pm but we arrived at about 2.30 pm. Luckily, the party started 1 hour late due to some technical problem. The food there were not sufficient for me but the most interesting thing was they prepare my favorite, Nasi Kerabu that had the same color as my baju raya, complete with budu. Yummy!!!!Lan G, Saido, Adib and Salmi of Ritsumeikan Univ. and Ieyna of Okayama Rika also came. Lan G was so excited to see me and Ieyna as he never seen other mechanical student for quite a long time. After finish with all the filling-our-stomachs fiesta, we went to Kobe Harbor except for Ieyna.

*JAD students + Ieyna ( a bit late)*

We rode a Ferris wheel, taking tonnes of pics, purikura, games and dinner there. The view of the harbor was so romantic with neons from the hotel and other buildings but riding the Ferris wheel was a bit scary. The music was so soft and slow, we could hear sound of screw loosing from its place. Besides, it was Halloween for Japan. We went back to our accomodation late in the night. It was a very tiring day for all of us . But, it was great to have some fun with some long-time-no-see friends.

HaRi RaYa!!!!

My first time celebrating Syawal apart from my family. During Hari Raya's eve, we had parties among Tokai students and some other senpais. Though we live in the same area, due to some misunderstanding and lack of discussion between us, we had 2 parties in 2 different places. We had discussed bout the event before at Shidee's house but some people change the plan without discussing it with others. Juz telling the result of 'their' discussion. I juz follow the flow as I don't have any power to stop them. I don't know wut gonna happen to us in the future if diz thing continues.

1st Syawal in Japan, I woke up as early as 5 am so dat i won't be late for Solat sunat Aidilfitri which should be held at about 7 am. But, as i was so sleepy, after Subuh prayer, I went back to sleep and woke up again at 6.30 am. I was in rushed bathing, ironing and settling down myself. But at 7 am, instead of going to Heerwan's house for solat Aidilfitri, I went to 東海大学前駅 where some others Tokai students and senpais (Beko, Sheera, Sha, Shidee, Nana, Azril, Bad, Sarah) were waiting to go to 代々木(Yoyogi) to perform solat sunat Aidilfitri there. But during our journey, we changed our plan. Instead of Yoyogi, we went straight to Hachioji to pray and have Hari Raya party with some others Malaysians. According to plan, the event should start at 9 am but when we arrived at 八王子市民センタ, we were the first to arrived. The event start at about 10 am but with absence of some Takushoku's students (Fak, Daus, Kerel, Oiyour). They arrived only when the event was all over. But, they had their own reasons.

After that, we moved to 渋谷(Shibuya). Although the embassy was closed due to renovation, some officers working there held open house at the Embassador's Residency. There, I met more Malaysians including Chinese Malaysians. Students from東京理科大学(Kak CT, Diyana, Che Tom etc) also came. Wahi senpai were also there. I ate so many that I barely could move. The food was so tasty and there was lots of it. I also tapau some food home. At about 8 pm, we finish our eating feast there, heading to Shibuya. Actually some senpais asked us to lepak2 at a coffee shop in Shibuya but as Beko, Sheera, Sha and I were already tired and couldn't take it anymore, we went back to 東海.

It was a very very very tiring day but I really enjoyed it. In the train, all the Japanese around were looking at us in our Raya outfits but I didn't care. As long I am happy, why should I mind what others are thinking. Thanks guys for the memories.
