ReZeKi......

Setelah terlepas tiket 2 man utk balik Malaysia time cuti musim panas, aku rse cukup sedih. Memang nak sgt balik sbb family surh aku balik. Tambah2 lagi sepupu aku yg stadi kt Indon pn nak balik Raya tahun ni. Aku juz mampu bersabar je menanti kot2 ade tiket murah lagi.

Belek2 facebook, tetiba jmpe MH Students nye facebook profile. Aku pn add la & daftar Grab-a-Deal. Selang beberapa hari pastu, kad kredit aku pn sampai. Aku takde pn berhajat nk gne kad kredit utk shopping ke apa. Juz kot2 tetiba ada emergency ke apa kan. Bukan kena bayar pape pn klu tak gne. Siap ade ETC Card lg walaupon aku tak berkereta. Hohohoho....

Tiba-tiba, pada suatu malam, aku menerima e-mel dari MAS berkenaan promosi terbaru utk bukan stakat balik cuti musim panas tp sehingga ke bulan Mac tahun depan. Tiket 2 man lebih kembali lagi. So, aku pn cepat2 la book ticket. Dapat la tiket utk 2 org dr 1 Sept hingga 26 Sept. Terpaksa cancel booking tiket kt Oiyour. Sori la Oiyour. Len kali bile2 aku blnje ko la. Nyusahkan ko je. Syukur alhamdulillah dapat gak aku pulang beraya tahun ni. Sape2 yang tak balik tu, jangan menyesal lak. Baek korang tanye famili betul2. Mana la tau diorg berharap sangat korang pulang beraya tp disebabkan kedegilan korang, ade gak mengangis tak berlagu di pagi Aidilfitri nanti. Hohohoho....

Finally, Tokai boys found a new place to release our addiction to football & futsal. A newly-built futsal ground which only costs us +5000 yen per hour during weekdays nite. Playing for two hours was not enuff for me as I'm used to playing & exercising for a long period. Sweat came out like rain but my body still wanted to move more & more. Everybody who wanna play futsal, juz come here to Tokai & we will bring u there. Sometimes, it feels so tired & like a burden going to Takudai place. Yet so far & costly for us who doesn't have a lot of money like Takudaians.

CaN'T sTaND DiZ aNy LoNGeR.......

Got email from J-Tech Corp that they won't take any foreign students to work with them. If they won't then why did they announce about recruiting foreign student at the first time. Stop diz bulls*** man. Realizing that I've spent a lot of money in order to work in Japan, sometimes I feel like wanna give up.

Graduating from a department well-known for its high percentage of recruitment into giant automotive company likes Toyota, Honda, Nissan & Mazda will not be the same like the already graduated senpais from the same department. Due to the unexpected slow down in cars selling around the world except for China which is still increasing year after year, recruitment into automotive company seems to be impossible as some company don't recruit any new worker for next year. Even Perodua & Proton didn't came during the MSAJ Career Fair last golden week.

Should I just stop my job hunting here & go straight back to Malaysia after graduating. I juz wanna stay longer here, working for a few years, expose myself to Japanese working environment & after that I will think of going back to Malaysia. Hope that I can do it. YA ALLAH, give me strength to face all diz.

aNotHeR TiRiNg WeeKeND.....

On Saturday evening, I went to play basketball at Haruhino where I usually play futsal there with some Tokaians & Meijians. Playing basketball with other Malaysian students in Japan was quiet rare for me except when we were in Hachioji seminar house. I usually play basketball during my basketball classes in Tokai.

Playing basketball for an hour was far more tiring than playing futsal for 3 hours. I thought I wanna vomit during the game. If MSAJ is about to hold a basketball competition, than we'll be the first team to participate, basketball version of 東明=TOMEI(東海+明治). After basketball, went to Machida with Totoro, shopping some computer stuffs. Totoro went back to his house while I waited for my girl to eat at Sweets Paradise. The first time I ever ate so many cakes.

Sunday evening, Tokai Premier League in the rain. The first time I failed to score this season & bolos 1 goal. The opposition team had Oiyour in their lineups making it almost impposibble to score. My Sunday night continue with loafing at Saizeriya, bowling & karaoke. So many calories burned.Too exhausted. I cancelled my 就活 with J-Tech Company & booked for another date.

aRTNeR La PLaK...

Hari Khamis yg lalu, aku ber'job-hunting' lagi. Kali ini, sebuah 派遣会社(dispatch company) bergelar アウトナ (Artner). Perjalanan ngan tren mengambil masa sejam setengah dan aku tak dapat duduk pn spnjg trip tu. Sampai2 je 浜松町駅, aku dah pening pale. Mana la bangunan Sumitomo yg menempatkan ibu pejabat syarikat ni. Yang aku leh nampak ngan senang nya hanya lah Tokyo Tower je. Aku jalan je ikut naluri hati ini & akhirnya jmpe gak la sbb nmpk ade budak len pakai sut & bawak beg bimbit.

Masuk je pejabat tu, kami disambut oleh seorang kakitangan wanita. Soalan dahla sme dalam bahasa Jepun. 80 soalan dalam masa 20 minit. Memang aku men hentam je. Nak paham satu2 mmg tak sempat la. Kalu tak jawab sme mmg awal2 lagi dah kena reject. So jawab la mne rse ok je.

Pastu knowledge nye test meliputi bahasa Jepun, bahasa Inggeris, matematik, IQ test & teori. Punya la susah soalan dia. Nasib bek objektif. Leh tembak2. Aku bab tembak menembak ni mmg expert sejak kecik lagi. :) Ujian belum habis lagi. Ada lak 専門試験 (field exam). Aku amek la mechanical nye paper. Soalan byk kepada technical drawing, pengiraan berkaitan gear, mechanics & material dll. Mne la nak ingt sbb dah lme tinggal. Nasib bek ingt sket2 rumus gear tu.

Habis sme skali dalam pukul 5 lebih. Terpaksa aku solat Asar dalam tempat wat gambar pengesahan diri. Nek tren slme hampir 2 jam lak menuju teratak ku. Pas smpai tu, kna lak bergegas ke rumah kouhai utk majlis malam jumaat. Memang lembik satu hari tak jmpe makanan berat. Tiga kali tambah bihun goreng. Muahahaha

BeRakHiRnYa PeRJuaNgaN KaNTou JiDousYa Ku....

Jam 10 pagi, aku menaiki tren menuju ke tempat temuduga 関東自動車工業 (Kantou Autoworks) yg terletak di pekan 追浜(Oppama), 1 jam setengah dr stesen tren tmpat tgglku. Disebabkan aku tak knal kt mne tmpt interview, maka aku pn mengekori seorang lelaki berpakaian sut lengkap kencana seorang calon temuduga macam aku.

Soalan dia kacang je tp disebabkan pengaruh sorg bangsa Jepun yg ditemuduga bersama aku menyebabkan aku tambah gelisah. Dia jawab slumber & laju semacam je. Lancar tanpa cacat cela. Aku pn tercakap laju sampaikan aku sndri tak paham apa aku dh terlepas cakap.

15 minit tamat. Aku dan Jepun itu keluar dri bili interview. Aku penuhkan borang kaji selidik & terus balik, singgah makan kat kedai makan Fatin. Hohoho....pastu balik rumah. Sebelum tido aku check la balik emel aku. Ade la emel dr syarikat tu mengatakan aku tak lepas 1st stage. Sabar jela. Perjuangan Kantou Autowork aku dh habis tapi perjuangan mencari kerja ku masih belum selesai. Masih banyak lagi perlu aku tempuhi & dapat aku belajar dr job hunting kat negara matahari terbit ni. Esok kena gi Tokyo lak area 浜松町 utk アルトナ会社説明会. Ganbare Matle!!!!!

My WeeKeND

Due to the not-so-good weather recently, I thought I would juz rest in my room. But then, got invitation to eat satay at Cbora. Planned at about 3 a.m. & wanna go at 7 a.m. Of course I wouldn't make it. I woke up at 8. The 大宮祭 started at 10 & going there by train take us about 2 hours. I went there with Fatin only. From the Higashi Omiya, took the free shuttle to Cbora Dai. When we arrived, the Cbora students were still setting up the fire & counter.

*Professional Haji Shibauri satay maker*

*Menu line-up*

I got the chance to taste it first & it was so good. The student sold them in set type along with nasi goreng, nasi impit, sirap bandung etc. The price was quiet expensive if you convert it as 3 satay would cost you 500yen=RM19. But it was reasonable in Japan. Customers kept coming like river flowing so fast. They even waited for the nasi goreng to be ready & line up as it ran out early & the chef had to prepare more & more nasi goreng. Seeing such atmosphere made me wanna do the same during Tokai 建学際 around October. The event was actually cancelled due to the rain expected to come but then was held back. It was dark & windy.

*Penjaga kaunter mesra alam*

The event planned to end at 4 pm had to end earlier at 2.30 pm. So, Fatin & I went back to our house at 2 pm so that I managed to play football. The Meiji students came so it was a waste of time if we didn't play though it was raining. Planned to play bowling at night but then cancelled. Daimp....I even brought my bowling shoes to Shairam's house.

Wanna use diz opportunity to wish all the teachers & lecturers HAPPY TEACHER'S DAY. With all my heart, thank you so much for everything u've done to me & for making me become who I am rite now. Without you, I won't be here, in Japan. Without you, I won't enter varsity life. Without you, I won't pass my SPM, PMR & UPSR with flying colors. I will never ever forget all the sacrifices & everything u've done as long as I live. Insya-ALLAH. I also wanna apologize for not being such a good student. Sometimes I make you worry, sometimes I make u feel sad & angry. Sorry for everything.

Special thanks to Kak Shirin, Teacher Asliaty, Cikgu Zuraida, Ustazah Azni, Cikgu Bad, Cikgu Sapijah, Cikgu Wan Rosli, Teacher Mazlidah, Arwah Cikgu Haniza dll.

You can be a soldier & protect lives

You can be a doctor & save lives
BUT
You chose to be a TEACHER & touch lives

A song for all teachers. Sorry, a bit outdated but I still luv diz song.

KaNTou JiDousYa

Last Thursday, I went for 関東自動車工業会社説明会 (presentation on company's profile) & took its test. The journey to the company took me about 1 hour & a half. Had to change train at Shin Matsuda (Odakyu) to Matsuda (JR Gotenba Line). The Matsuda station was a bit outdated. We cannot use PASMO in Matsuda. Had to buy ticket & then it was stamped by the station worker. Each time the train stopped, the driver will check the tickets of every person who rode off the train.

*Kantou Jidousya Kougyou*

Arrived at the Iwanami station but then had to walk for about 15 minutes till I reached the company's building. Kantou Jidousya Kougyou is a company under Toyota Group. After the presentation on company's profile, senior worker from each department which related to us gave talks. After that, booths for Q&A session were opened. Rested for about 5 minutes before continuing with the test. The test on general knowledge sucked. So difficult for me who never studied such things. Write kanji, read kanji, translating English & Japanese language words, synonyms for English idioms, company, essay on symbolic color of myself, maths. The most stupid question for me was "Who is the present Yomiuri Giant's coach?". Why should I care????

After that, the best part came for me, English test. My strength= Japanese weakness. The test finished at 4.30 pm. Went back home after buying some food at 7-Eleven as I ate nothing since the morning. Then, prepare for weekly Friday night meeting among Tokai boys. I arrived at the exact time as stated by the others but the person who told bout it was not there yet. As expected from them. Malay will always be Malay even in Japan. Daimp.....

MsaJ CaReeR FaiR 2009

On 5th May, the MSAJ Career Fair came. It was held at Curian Building in Oimachi. Took about 1 hour & a half from Tokai by train. Came in full suit made us look like 社会人. Group from Tokai (Becko, Sheera, Apiz & me) arrived an hour early, went to conveniece store to buy breakfast & some tools. The other JAD students arrived just a few minutes after that. But, as expected from JAD students, always do our job during the final minutes.( Masa tulah nak fotostat resume, nak potong gambar, nak lekat gambar etc)

*Towards syakaijin*

The company that attracted my intention the most was Tokushima. This company planned to build a silicon producing factory in Miri, Sarawak & it is in need of worker among Malaysian Japanese graduates. The factory will start it construction next year & will finish in 2 years time. During that 2 years, we will undergo a training in Yamaguchi, means that we will have the opportunity to stay longer in Japan. I only went to Canon Opto, Panasonic & Tokushima, filling the Pasona & JAC forms.

*Mat Anep lost from Korea*

*JAD at Career Fair*

So tired & hungry that we planned to go to a Thai restaurant in Shin Okubo but if we all JAD students went there, it wouldn't have enuff space to accomodate us. So, 20 students went to Shin Okubo, the others went to Saizerya & 2x2=8 in Shimokitazawa. Though I lived in Kanagawa, this was my first time going to Shin Okubo. Shame on me. As it it a HALAL restaurant, I ordered 2 meals but only 1 arrived. Not wanting to make others outside waiting longer, after finishing our meals, we paid our bills & went back home.

*Kanpattogai*

But, I was too tired to go back to Tokai. So, stayed another night in Takudai, watching football match between MU & Arsengal. Glad my team win. YA-HA!!!!!!!!

FuTsaL KuJ 2009

1st May 2009, the start of my Golden Week. Nothing to do at first but on 2nd May, the KUJ (Kelab UMNO Jepun) Futsal Competition came to raise the GW spirit among Malaysian student futsaler around Japan. Teams competed came even from Hokkaido, Ibaraki & Nagaoka.

As from JAD, we sent 3 teams, Tomei (collaboration of Tokai & Meiji), Hachioji A & Hachioji B. From my point of view & also some others, the 6 minutes playing time was no enough. I am a hard-to-warm-up kind of athlete. In 6 minutes, I wouldn't heat up yet. That was why we only manage to score 1 goal from 5 matches. Draw 0-0 in 3 matches, win 1-0 against our own kouhais & lost 0-1 which was a bit unlucky becoz the goal came when the kick from the opponent player stroke Shahrin's butt, confusing our great goalkeeper, Shairam.

Realizing we couldn't go to the semi final, we packed our bags & lepak at Takudai students' house. Went for dinner at Papageno (Italian food eat-as-much-as-you-can restaurant). Played bowling at that night. After bowling & performing our Isya' prayer, the Tokaians player went back to Tokai. Slept till noon the next day.

PRePaRaTioN????

The MSAJ Career Fair will be held the day after tomorrow but I've done nothing yet except for buying myself a new suit which costs me 20000 yen. Still don't write anything for my resume, the English one and the Japanese one. Then have to print them but I don't have a printer. Still don't take the passport-sized photo to be attached to my resume.

On 7th May, I'll have to go to Shizuoka which will take about 2 hours by train for my 関東自動車会社説明会 (Presentation about profile of Kantou Automobile Corp.). After the presentation, there will be a test but luckily for me, there is an English Language Test but unluckily, there will also be a general knowledge test. The general knowledge test I've take so far cost me chaos. How in the world should I know about Japanese history, Japanese literary & everything about Japan. Even if anybody ask me about Malaysia right now, maybe I can' answer them.

What shall I do??? I want to work in Japan if I can becoz two years is not enough for me but I think I lack the preparation for my job hunting. Hmmmm
